Ah, Zoe Saldana, star of Avatar and the Star Trek revamp – a delight to fanboys everywhere. She sure knows how to pull off an outfit. It’s fresh, summery and with her killer body, it all comes together nicely.
Okay, on closer inspection, it might look like a frozen desert or a Christmas decoration but she still comes across as fashionable and easy-going. Dresses are so underrated; how can something so timeless be so underused? Or worse yet, spoilt by wearing jeans, leggings or (heaven forbid) jeggings, underneath. There’s something so classical about pulling off a great dress, especially one that matches your personality. I think the colours really compliment her, and despite the Cornetto ice-cream cone motif, it’s vibrant and spunky enough to bring a smile to your face.
Wearing an outfit like this will definitely make you the belle of the ball: it’s elegant enough to attract attention but not so overwhelming that you’ll seem out of place. My first impression if I saw a girl wearing a dress like that would be ‘Wow, I wonder if she’d talk to me’. Okay, fair enough – not everybody can afford to have a celebrity body, let alone the stylist and make-up artist, but the outfit looks as though it could suit anyone’s look.
